How to Order?


  1. Click the product you wish to purchase and Click “Add to Cart” on the right side
    1. You can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
    2. When you click on the shopping cart icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “cart” button.
    3. In the shopping carts preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
    4. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
    5. If you have a promo code, click on the “PROMO CODE” button on the left and a box will pop up. Enter your promo code in the box and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart.
    6. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
  2. If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) by putting your “EMAIL ADDRESS”
  3. Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.

    • Customer order online may opt to pick up their items at Precept Commercial Corporation, Unit 708 Richville Corporate Centre, 1314 Commerce Avenue Ext. Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, 1780.
    • An Authorization letter with a valid id must provided if you can’t pick it up yourself. You can email it in advance to
  • 3rd Party Logistics (Grab, Lalamove, Transportify)
    • Customer ordered online may book their own logistics courier once the item is ready for pick up. You may email your booking summary at and we will only release the items to the courier matched your booking summary.
    • Once the item is picked up the by the chosen courier, Precept Commercial Corporation will not be responsible for any delays of your chosen courier.
  • All order online are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, a special cases that allow for replacement or refund as follow.
    • Products to be found defective, incomplete or damaged.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, complete with box and all its accessories (if applicable) and in the same condition as you received it.
    • We accept returns of products within 3 days after the receiving of items
    • To return your product, please email us at with your complete name, order number, photo of the items with issues.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a voucher which you can redeem on your next purchase with us or you changed item, please note that selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.(Customer will be the one’s paying for the shipping of the exchanged products.)
